Andronicus Munyoki

Andronicus Munyoki

by Peter Kimeu / Thursday, 23 July 2020 / Published in STEM 2019/2020

My name is Andronicus Munyoki STEM Staff at the University of Nairobi Upper Kabete, AHITI, and K.N.P CUs. STEM has provided a good opportunity for me to share God’s word with and amongst Students. My high moments have been those spent with students in various activities, e.g. Evangelizing, bonding, retreats, sisters’ fellowships, missions, trainings, facilitation, and the FOCUS EZRA 2019 conference.

God has transformed my life greatly especially my ministry engagement, my leadership skills, communication skills, hospitality, the aspect of time management, teamwork, flexibility, determination, and persistence. Like never before, my values such as integrity, accountability, honesty, Excellency among others have been greatly edified.

My spiritual disciplines have been cultivated especially my reading culture. This was indeed an area of struggle and by the end of this STEM program, I fully agree that a leader is a reader with tangible experience and reasons.

My interaction with students, Associates, partners, team leader, and all FOCUS Staffs have been so fulfilling and refreshing moments for me. Through the interactions, I have learned a lot, made friends, and also got encouraged when I was growing weary. Indeed God funds its ministry and my prayer is that God to continue providing for all partners, students, associates, and FOCUS Staff who journeyed with me through their prayers and finances.

However, working at home came with its challenges since there are things I still feel unachieved but I believe it was in God’s plan for ministry to take that shape. May God bless the FOCUS team, strengthen them, provide for them, and always give wisdom to the management for the good leadership that has directed us on how best to engage students through the digital ministry.

As I join the corporate world, I pray that the Lord will help me uphold all skills, gifts, and talents gained. Being in a very trying and difficult moment of COVID-19,  My prayer to all FOCUS Stakeholders is 2nd Thessalonians 3; 16 Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace all the time in every way. The Lord be with you all.
