EZRA FAQs

EZRA FAQs

a

Are the delegates required to pay the Ksh. 1000 to register on the online system?

No. All the delegates who have expressed interest of attending Ezra 19 can register online without paying the registration fee – the system doesn’t demand of them to pay the fee to complete the process. However, we encourage them to pay the fee even if its in small bits.

Why is it important to register online?

No delegate will be admitted into the conference if they have not registered online. It is through this system that Name tags will be generated as well as allocation of Bible study groups and rooms. Administratively, online registration will help us to plan know how delegates to expect and therefore plan for them effectively.

Is it possible to register someone else on the online system?

Yes. There is a button on the delegate’s account that allows them to register someone else e.g. a spouse, children, or other delegates. However, the people registered on someone’s account will not have access except through the person who registered them.

How do you make payments for a group e.g. a C.U.?

The group leader needs to fill out the group member’s details in an Excel sheet that is provided. All the group members MUST have registered online and their codes indicated on the Excel sheet together with the amount to be allocated to them. The bulk money can be wired to FOCUS Kenya either through Mpesa Paybill or through the various FOCUS accounts. Once the money and the Excel sheet are received by Registration officers, the Excel sheet will be uploaded onto the system and the amounts allocated to the various delegate accounts as stated on the sheets.
