EZRA FAQs
No. All the delegates who have expressed interest of attending Ezra 19 can register online without paying the registration fee – the system doesn’t demand of them to pay the fee to complete the process. However, we encourage them to pay the fee even if its in small bits.
No delegate will be admitted into the conference if they have not registered online. It is through this system that Name tags will be generated as well as allocation of Bible study groups and rooms. Administratively, online registration will help us to plan know how delegates to expect and therefore plan for them effectively.

Yes. There is a button on the delegate’s account that allows them to register someone else e.g. a spouse, children, or other delegates. However, the people registered on someone’s account will not have access except through the person who registered them.

The group leader needs to fill out the group member’s details in an Excel sheet that is provided. All the group members MUST have registered online and their codes indicated on the Excel sheet together with the amount to be allocated to them. The bulk money can be wired to FOCUS Kenya either through Mpesa Paybill or through the various FOCUS accounts. Once the money and the Excel sheet are received by Registration officers, the Excel sheet will be uploaded onto the system and the amounts allocated to the various delegate accounts as stated on the sheets.

To send money through Mpesa, go to Paybill option and enter Business number as 412412. Your account name will be your Ezra payment code on your account that starts with: ‘EZ19-0—–‘. NB: Please verify that the code is what is in your Ezra account before sending the money. The transaction cost will depend on the amount you send with a maximum of sh. 34.

When you send money to a wrong account, you will need to send the Mpesa confirmation code to the registration officers or the FOCUS staff closest to you accompanied with details of the account to which the monies should be paid. The error will be corrected by the system officer and changes effected in the various accounts accordingly.
