Associates work is led by the Associates Executive Committee (AEC) chairman who currently is Mr Edwin Limo.  The other officials in the AEC are the Vice Chairman, Dr  Moses Njue, The Treasurer, Mrs Judy Kalinga, The Secretary, Mr Samuel Mwaura and the Vice Secretary,  Miss Eva Andolo.  Other members of the AEC include representatives from every FOCUS associate branch and other affiliated groups.
The Chairman, Secretary and the Treasurer sit in the FOCUS coordinating Council, (FCC)
The coordination of Associates work at the FOCUS office is done by the Associates Director, Ngugi Kimani.

The Role of Associates in the FOCUS ministry includes:
•    Providing financial support to the ministry.
•    Participating in the training and mentoring of students for effective Christian witness in and out of college.
•    Fostering responsible Christian witness in Church and Society among Associates.

Currently active Associate Branches include: Nairobi, Thika, Nakuru, Nyeri, Eldoret, Mombasa and Kitale
