| About Us - Personnel FOCUS has 20 fully-fledged full time training staff and 20 campus based staff otherwise know as STEM staff. The staff are former university students who have accepted and committed themselves to serve God among students for a period of time. They keenly utilize their professional training, skills, and competences; first as a realization that they were beneficiaries of hard work by committed men and women during their college days and that in receiving they should also give but also that the call to serve is one for all Christians at all times. Beyond their training, the staff are particularly versed in logistical and coordination work, design and development of training programs, mobilization of the student community for effective ministry as well as networking with associates and other partners. Staff in the administration department and Student centre are also key players in the work and ministry of FOCUS and some have served in the organization for many years.
